Client and treatment records are stored using Zanda Health, a cloud-based practice management and booking system.

7. Who do we share your personal data with?

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not routinely share your client or treatment information with other individuals, healthcare providers, employers, insurers or other organisations.

8. How long do we keep your information?

We retain personal information only for as long as it is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, taking into account our legal, professional and business requirements.

Client and treatment records may need to be retained for an appropriate period to allow us to maintain accurate records and comply with applicable legal or professional obligations.

Different categories of information may therefore be retained for different periods.

When personal data is no longer required, we will securely delete it or anonymise it where appropriate.
